Tim replaced every plumbing connection in our home, especially those that were plastic! He replaced the water supply lines, to toilets, etc. with stronger, better equipment. He heard me and quot;whineand quot; about one of the stoppers in one bathroom that I couldn't operate and he kindly replaced it and now it works like a charm!

Well, we were quite satisfied with Tim Smith's (Smith Mechanical) work, naturally we were not happy to learn that we have a serious mold problem. One thing we have learned since Tim was here, is that we have grey plastic polybutylene pipe throughout our home (home built in 1997 and this pipe was and quot;bannedand quot; in 1995!) but Tim never mentioned it. However, we do trust him and are going to telephone him and ask him to give us an estimate for replacing all of that polybutylene pipe in our home.
We felt that Tim was very much on and quot;our sideand quot; and he professionally stood up to the insurance adjuster on our behalf and we certainly appreciated that very much.

This company was excellent. He did a lot of work for a lot less than another company that I had called. He fixed the leak and no problems have occured since.
