TV Wall Mounting
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Granted the pricing was great compared to others. I had spoken to Shun several times with scheduling the appointment to come mounts my tv's for Friday, so 2 days prior I asked could they come on Thursday instead and she said yes. So on that day I called to confirm and was told everything was good. They were scheduled to show up at 6pm but it was 6:20 and I called to get an ETA and was told by Shun that they guy was not coming, so I asked well what about for the original day Friday, she told me he's not going to make that day either. So long story short Shun did do the job she was hired for and it was very unprofessional and I had house guest coming with my tvs on the floor. I was so embarrassed because I could not find someone in such short time. That is bad business.

"I understand that you may have been frustrated but let's remember the original day was agreed for Friday. The problem started when you called and asked if we can change it to Thursday instead of the original agreed time and date and that was Friday so that being said the tech tried to squeeze you in on Thursday he already had a tight schedule and other people was before you with that being said your Friday appointment was filled by someone else we tried to help you the tec even lowered the price and charge you a discount rate usually it is $75 per TV, but he lowered it to 55 and he never charged you a after hour fee so that was another"

I am still waiting for Shun to start. She seemed very pleasant and nice. I did pay for the fee Angie charged her. However, she has not started yet. I am hoping she will start soon because I really need her. I cannot rate her because she has not cleaned my house. She interviewed and was very nice. I paid her $100 in advance for her fee to. However she still has not showed up and I need someone now and I am worrying about this. Jane Green.

"I hate to have to respond to this and I apologize in advance if you take this any kind of way but I will stay as professional as I can. I am definitely confused on why you would even come on here and do this when you know we have already communicated about the check. After giving you your free estimate, two days later I arrived with all of my supplies to clean your home. As I was doing what I came to do, you insisted on me pausing the cleaning service to sit with you and talk. I was there for an hour and 30 minutes. I made your bed, cleaned the bathroom, dusted and wiped down around the house, not understanding why you would say that"

She did not bring her own vacuum cleaner. I had to completely air out the house after b/c it smelled so from the fake-scented lemon product. She ran the vaccum til it filled up and then just quit, meaning she did not vacuum the whole house. I dont think she mopped the hard floors entirely b/c my kitchen floor was still filthy. Overall, shoddy work and it was expensive, more than I pay the DC area for a significantly bigger house. I went with her b/c she was the only person who returned my calls. Would not recommend it.

"Sorry your experience was not the best with the service that was provided for you, yes you did call us that Saturday morning on a emergency cleaning for your house cleaning and we came to help also with Covid going on there is something that we cannot share in the houses and try not to share such as mop and vacuum and if you have that in the house I would think that you would like for the cleaning person to use yours , if it was a problem you could of said something to the lady and she would of understand and she could of gotten it out of the car because she did have it with her. . Thank you anyway for allowing us to service you please"
