They were very efficient and provided everything we wanted. They dealt with the insurance company direct and did an excellent job in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the overall experience.
Description of Work: Rebuilding of bedroom closet following mold and water damage.

carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreWe have used Servpro many time at our business, but this time we contacted them for our home. Our sofa was pretty dirty from our dogs, cats & wine spills. Never thought it would ever come clean, but they did an awesome job - it looks brand new!! They also cleaned several area rugs at the same time..we are so pleased and will definitely use them again.

ServPro is a referral service and the contractor they sent to our house was are scam operation. We thank fully never used them and were fortunate to find a reputable contractor to do the correct job
Description of Work: Their was no ServPro Company. They are a broker who sends out contractors. The contractor that came to my house was very unprofessional and seemed like someone who came from cleaning out a barn. It was a lady and she was very high pressure and would not give us a firm price but wanted to work by the day for $1,500.00 per day to send over 3 of her "boys" with a maybe 3 to 4 day job but would not guarantee a length of time to complete the job. Gave us a lot of misimformation about getting rid of mold and found out later from more reputable firms that the work was only worth 20% of what she said. She tried to scare us about our mold problem and wanted to perform a lot of unnecessary work which we found out later our insurance company would never have approved. We did not give them the work and found out later these people are real scam artists. We hired a general contractor who got rid of the mold in an overnight operation where could not enter the house for 24 hours. The total cost to get rid of the mold was $500.00 Stay away from ServPro

When they're done.. they pick up their fans and left. Their commercial says.. "You'll never know we were there!" That is so not true. The experience was awful. The two boys they sent were quite disruptive (which I understand they had to be to a point). We had no idea however when all was said and done they'd leave the house in total disarray and left torn up.
Description of Work: We had a flood from a broken washing machine. More than 40% of our home was damaged from water under carpeting, flooring and tile. They came in, tore the house apart... including holes in the walls to insert fan blowers, remove floor boards, carpets and set up blowers.
