At delivery we only received one piece of the sectional and the wrong ottoman. Eventually they righted the problem, brought out the other piece and the correct ottoman. We asked them to come out for a stain one of the cushions. After the technician came out we contacted them again and emailed a picture to show the stain was still there. They never responded. Next the stitching on one of the cushions began to unravel. We had the sectional just one year. We took the cushion to the store because we were tired of being ignored by customer service. We were then ignored by the manager who was sympathetic to our faces, but when contacted later would do nothing for us. We will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. We spent a lot of money with them and they treated us poorly. They have a lot to learn about customer service.
