Roland Williams Stone and Stucco

One-day service...expert and greatly experienced. Was able to repair damage to 37 year old stucco and patch the design. Well worth the cost for this speedy and expert work.

nothing takes the place of experience. roland is a wonderful, honest guy, who really knows his stuff. gave me some tips on how to save myself some money by doing some prep work myself and it all worked out beautifully.

Mr. Williams advertises that he is a professional at stucco application. I hired him to do a small stucco repair job one a home I own. I explained to him what I wanted him to do but he only removed about half of the cracked areas of stucco I showed him to repair. I called his attention to the situation and his reply was "I don't remove more than I need to"!! Well what he should have said was "I remove as little as possible for maximum cash benefits". I've called him twice to come back to correct his pitiful repair job, but he won't return my calls. I sent him a message via his email account but no response from him. I paid him $400.00 in good faith that he was a man of his word. Please don't hire this man!!! He's a rip off stucco co. It's my belief that he has had family and friends to post positive reviews in his behalf. All I want to add is "BUYER BE WARE !!!!!! IT WILL COST YOU TO RE-HIRE A PROFESSION STUCCO CO. Attorney General Pam Bondi with my complaint. I see where they're pretty hard on companies who try ripping off seniors. We'll se where this goes.

Don't waste your time calling anyone else for a 2nd or 3rd quote, just call Roland and hire him, save yourself the trouble of dealing with the other guys. Not only was Roland very affordable and a great communicator, but he even managed to finished our project ahead of schedule and he's a true artisan at his craft.

Did the work in record time at a reasonable price.

Called in AM,came right over,gave reasonable estimate and completed the stucco repair on the side of the house the same day including painting over the repairs. Was neat and cleaned up after the job was completed. Excellent job would recommend him to others.

If you need stucco work done, do yourself a huge favor and hire this man. We had another stucco repair service bail on us without even calling. Even though our job was small, Mr. Williams was at our home within an hour, diagnosed and fixed the problems correctly, and charged me much less than the other service had proposed. Roland knows his stuff, has done stucco work since he was 9, does excellent work, is totally professional, and charges very reasonably for such good work. He even instructed me in how to do my own stucco crack repairs properly. He is a jewel. You don't find contractors like this nearly enough these days.

actually the work done was Stucco for which you do not have a category. The repair was for an entrrance sign at a development. Mr Williams showed up at the first meeting ready to start the job and in 2 days it was complete. We were very well satisfied with the work. Highly reccomend this contractor and will use him again
