(no subject) C Chrystal Boone to me 0 minutes agoDetails Robert Myers’s company was hired to replace my fence and to build a gate. After installation the property was left dirty; cigarette butts, a soda can, a rusty saw in my child’s play area, cut off wood pieces and labels, old fence left behind my shed and not hauled off. About a dozen fence panels were cracked and had holes. The gate was not functional. In speaking to Robert, he assured me it would be fixed. Someone did come out and fix some panels and add a bar to the gate. The trash was left and the gate is still so crooked it will not open. After a few weeks I called back asking if we could walk though again. He said Tuesday morning but did not mention a time. When he came for the first walk through, he suggested 6:30/7 AM so when he was not there at 7, I asked when to expect him. He replied 7:45-8:15. As I am a school teacher I am already at my school site then, so I called to check in and try to avoid miscommunication. This unfortunately is where things got very bad. Robert immediately began with a raised voice speaking down to me that I should not have expected him to be there before 8AM. I explained I was just using his last suggestion as a time, he yelled that it was a month ago and he has spoken to 200 customers since then. I tried very hard to speak calmly & restate my needs. The calmer & slower I spoke as I was yelled at the more angry he got. My calm voice was taken as being condescending as opposed to trying hard not to engage in a verbally abusive conversation. I shared that I had a handy man look at the gate and I was told that it needed a frame to hold it up he cursed at me and put me down. He yelled at me asking if I thought I was a fence builder as well as a teacher. I hung up the phone before it could escalate further. This was a disgraceful way to be treated. I would never recommend this business. The fence was put up with poor craftsmanship, the property was left with debris, the gate is unusable and I have to rebuild it and I was cursed out by the owner when I asked for it to be fixed. Absolutely disgraceful

Owner, Robert Meyer, was very easy to work with, very professional and thorough. He worked with us to locate accurate property lines, provided information and choices to assist us in choosing the right fence for our property and was available by phone and to revisit our home prior to and the day of the installation. His estimate and pricing were very competitive and he was flexible on scheduling. The RMG crew of workers were very impressive. They arrived promptly, spent some time going over the project with us and were very friendly and respectful. Their work definitely met our expectations; efficient, accurate and clean. We would definitely use RMH in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Robert completed the job exactly as he said he would. Workmanship was quality as was the product he used. Area after install was neat and picked up. Install was very professional. Robert is extremely easy to work with and so congenial. He is a man of his word which speaks volumes to me. He always returns phone calls and texts in a timely manner. He is a pleasure to work with and his work speaks for itself... excellent experience!

Robert delivered the proposal promptly. The job was scheduled within a week of approval. The crew led by Hank and Robert was excellent, worked fast and with great care. Any issues that may have come up were brought to our attention immediately. The project could not have gone any better. I would recommend them highly for landscaping or fencing.

RMH delivered as promised. They arrived when they said they would, and they completed the job exactly as they said they would. The fence looks great and the owner and installers were all great to deal with.

Immediate response with a quote. Got the work done quick. Use this small fence company over a larger one if you want great customer service.

Robert and his team did an excellent job putting up our fence. The materials were great quality, his workers were prompt and friendly, and the job was done the way he said it would be and by the time he said it would be.

I cant say enough good things about this company. The Owner came to the house and explained all that his company would do and the day they would do it. he call when the job was completed and ask if I was satisfied whit the work that was preformed. I was EXTREMLY satisfied with the work and the 2 installers. they went above and beyond what was required. I would highly recommend this company.

It went good, beautiful, nice and very professional. They did a great job, the owner is a great guy and I am extremely satisfied. I will recommend them to others.

Mr. Meyer contacted us immediately and met with us the same day for an estimate. We found him to be friendly and professional. His prices are great. His installer finished early on another job and so he was able to start ours early! Tim was also professional and worked quickly to complete his job. We were extremely satisfied with this company and will certainly call on them again!
