Randy's best asset is his ability to help you design and develop a good remodel plan. My skills in design and expression of ideas are worse than a kindergarten. There were several times when I was trying to get him to understand an idea of what I wanted to get done, then he would re-state it in construction speak and we would both go "oh yeah, I see!". He was comfortable to speak with and was patient with us during our interview and design meetings. Other high marks include excellent accuracy on time estimates, fair costing, maintained work area cleanliness, was prompt, and courteous. He is, at times, overly protective of his craftmanship but it is impressive now-a-days to see such ownership. The entire project achieved better results than what I expected based on what I thought I was paying for.

The job went great! He was here each day at 8:30, and worked throughout the day, until he had to wait for things to dry, etc. He was very professional, and patiently answered all of our questions. The shower and the walls look great!
