I wanted to try a new company to service my air conditioner, so I asked a neighbor for a recommendation. Without hesitation, she told me to call R & R, and I am glad I did. The technician sent, named John, did an excellent job and was very helpful in answering all my questions in a professional, easy-to-understand manner. He was also very pleasant to speak with. Through him, I learned more about the company, which convinced me that I should call this company in the future.

Many years of great service from Rich and his team! Rich and his service techs have been able to keep my AC system running great for over 10 years. I finally decide to replace my 17 year old system a few weeks ago system and his installers did a outstanding job and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend R & R.

We found them to be horrible. They were picked by the roofing company for our condominium. They indicated that they were going to give me a Carrier Air Conditioner and they didn't. That's not what I got. Not very clean.

Went well and electrical component tested and showing wear was replaced.  FREON levels were adjusted per specs and indoor and outdoor units cleaned.  All working well.

R & R has worked on many of our air conditioners.  They are always very prompt, very courteous, and complete the work in a timely manner.  As we have rental properties, they have replaced entire air conditioners and have also repaired many.  Top notch company. Very honest too.
