The technician that came out was not a certified plumber or electrician, yet he did work on my electrical and plumbing system. Before he started I had hot and cold water, I just needed a new tank. When he left I had no cold water in the bathroom and he said that is because your pipes are collapsed. They caused the collapse! The cold water worked before they got here and did the work. I reached around the plumbing and found a kink in the pipes. The technician that came back out said that is not our problem you need to figure it out then slammed his door and left. I paid them $800 to have this installed, now I need to pay another plumber to fix what they did!

They are polite, efficient, on time, and extremely neat. They are the most reasonably priced plumbing/repiping company that we have found.

This was a great experience. Granted, a faucet installation is a simple job, but our situation of needing the work a day before  Thanksgiving made us very anxious. Plus, our previous go to plumber, Clay's, is apparently no longer around so I had to take a leap of faith with a new company. They were able to accommodate us before the holiday, got the faucet installed and then I had their guy replace a cartridge in one of our shower valves too. We will now be calling Quality Plumbing for our plumbing services.

Quality plumbing does not charge for travel time, many plumbing services do. The initial 30 minute charge was also slightly less than the average for this area. A complication with the flange being too short was fixed. The effort was completed in a timely manor despite the complication and left clean, no mess, afterwards. Gary was very professional and I highly recommend him.

The location of the water heater is up in the attic. Their price was very reasonable, and they would remove the old water heater. Some of my neighbors who had the same configuration used plumbers who did not remove the old water heater; they just left it up in the attic. One of the other quotes I got was keeping it up in the attic. The third quote did not give me a specific price for removing the old one from the attic. So, this guy was willing to do the job the way I wanted to have it done. They sent a representative out to give me an estimate. He provided a written estimate, and when the work was done, it was done very professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. They made very little mess. It was just the same as the quote. They delivered what they had quoted on, and I was very pleased with them. I have just called them about something else to be done. So, I will use them again.
