I waited a couple of days to ensure the rug was dry before I vacuumed it (even though Steve said it should be dry within 3-4 hours). After I vacuumed the rug, I realized the stain was still there and had grown in size. I called the office again and the dispatcher was very glad I had called back, reassured me there were still several solutions they could try and asked for a chance to send someone out again. He made an appointment for 2 days out. The same technician, Steve, was assigned. He called to say he was running late and would be there about 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Again, he was very thorough and efficient, even treating another area of the rug that seemed discolored. He used a different product on the rug, something I think he called Haitian cotton carpet cleaner, which he said was a brightener. The stain is now gone and the rug looks like new again. There is a slight area where the fibers appear to have been 'worked over' more than the rest of the rug, but I haven't vacuumed it yet, so it may look fine after that. However, having said that, it looks 100% better than it did and I am very pleased with the results. I have recommended them to my mom who wants to have her carpets cleaned, and I would definitely use them again.

Having used other companies before , most with coupons or promises of discounts , I have found a company that I will only use going forward . Their quality of work and professionalism surpasses anything I have experienced in the past . Do yourself a favor and look no further , call them for your cleaning needs .
Rick came to my condo and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. They smell wonderful and look fantastic. No more stains and sticky feeling. He was very professional and took his time in the process of cleaning the carpets. He really cared about doing a good job and asked me when he was done to inspect it and let him know if I had any questions.
The next day Rick called me to confirm I was happy with the job that he did and he "thanked me for his business". Wow! He is #1 in Customer Service. I cant remember when I was treated so good.
A few days later I got a letter in the mail from him again thanking me for his business.
This company deserves A++++ in the business.
He did a wonderful job, made sure the customer was happy, and followed up with a phone call and letter again thanking me for his business. I would highly recommend him and use him again in the future. Will tell my friends about him too.
