"[Member Name Removed] called as his unit was overflowing with water, upon arrival the technician found the condensate drain plugged. The technician cleared the drain and found that his float switch hadn’t shut off the unit as it wasn’t wired correctly, so it was then rewired, and proper operation confirmed. The technician also found the blower motor capacitor read low and offered to changer it, upon approval did so. This work was completed for the sum of $200 on 9/20/21, a more than fair price. We since received a phone call from [Member Name Removed] and were asked to come out because he had no heat, upon arrival the heat was cycled on and off twice and worked fine, customer witnessed this, and was charged nothing! Later that day 11/9/21 the customer called to say it had stopped again, he insisted that the previous work had been the cause of the heat not working in his nearly 15 year old furnace, which is mismatched to the case coil and air conditioner that were replaced approximately 5 years ago, by another company. When told there would have to be a charge for this trip he was outraged and refused."
