Had a toilet valve fail, called for an appointment. They told me 8 days, so much for plumbing today but it's in season so I get it. I took off work to be home and they called me at 1 in the afternoon on the service date to reschedule for yet another week later. I'm out a days pay and they could care less. I found a plumber that actually showed up. They used to be better, never again.

Plumber came to first discuss price. There was no hourly fee. Every job required a separate diagnostic except for toilet where price was almost enough to replace entire toilet. I told him I'd find someone else and was charged a fee for coming out.

Two men came promptly from Plumbing Today. I previously had had this problem before and had ordered an extra heating element. They recognized that the part was a heating element, quickly located the tankless heater, diagnosed which of the elements needed repair and replaced the defective one. The system has worked well in the last week since they came.
