Quick installation. They finished in less than two hours. Neat and courteous. I Later discovered they severed a sprinkler line while burying the cable. I repaired it myself but in fairness to them they offered to come back to repair any issues.

Initial meeting, pricing, and installation all went great. Worked with Tad to select and place landscape and lanai lighting based on what my wife and I wanted. Tad had suggestions which also were spot on. I would have rated them much higher if not for a recent support issue. Long story short, we left our lanai remote outside (under cover but we were stupid) and it got wet. We noticed that out lighting no longer changed color or adjusted. Called Tad, he said no problem, happens more than you think and he promptly brought a new remote. This didnt fix the problem. Apparently our transformer wouldn't connect to the new remote and had to be fixed. Two weeks later the issue gets resolved and we get a HEFTY service bill. Questioned Tad about the price and he basically said, it was our fault as we let the remote get wet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How does replacing a remote control require a new transformer?? There must have been an issue as the system was only installed two months ago. I also questioned if the components were warrantied and he again referenced the remote getting wet. Sorry, but that is TERRIBLE customer service (in my opinion, a bad business model too). I can't in good conscience recommend a company that doesn't stand behind its components / work.

Pleasant LIghtscapes is a great company to work with. From our first call to them, to the completion of the project - we were very pleased. We received a estimate promptly for the work requested and we agreed on a very competitive price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the installer was very professional. The work area was cleaned up well and we continue to enjoy our accent lighting every evening.

Very well. Tad came out and gave us an estimate and showed us what lighting units would work best. We were unsure how they new lights would illuminate our landscape so he put one in to let us see how it would look at night. There was no charge for this service and no obligation to buy. After several days, we decided it looked good so we had him replace several of our lights to give his company a try and see how it would look on more of the trees and shrubs. All worked out perfectly and we were very satisfied so we had him come back at a later date and replace all our other lighting units. Everything looks great now and we are very happy with the job. Our lights work perfectly and illuminate the shrubs and trees beautifully. His work is very neat and meticulous and there is no trace of his having been there once he leaves, other than the new lighting. A very nice service they offer is to let you see what a sample light would look like before buying. Also, they are willing to stretch the job out over time so you can pay for having a few lights done at a time and as you can afford it, add more later as best fits your budget. There was no extra charge for this, they just charged by the light. It worked well for us as we did not want to put out the money all at once to do the job so we had him do it in stages over several months. Very understanding and easy to work with.

When Tim first arrived to give an estimate, I told him I was concerned that the landscape lighting might disturb my neighbors. So when he installed the lanai lights, he put the two landscape spot lights in "on approval". As it turned out, my neighbors had no objection. He and his men then returned to bury the cable.
The lanai and yard look beautiful after dark. I can recommend this company without reservation.

.Everything about the experience with Tim and his crew was great, except that we don't know about the pricing. It seemed high, despite the discounts he gave us, but since we didn't have time to get other bids we went with it. We had a time-sensitive project and Tim got us done right away, didn't try to talk us into more than we wanted/needed, and used quality materials. They clearly knew what they were doing (unlike the 1st idiots we hired to do it). If I were to describe Pleasant in 2 words, it would be "cracker jack". Tim came out the week I called, we got the estimate the following day, then came back right away and did a slam-bam job, no messing around, that was well-done. Our only complaint is that they left 100s of 1" pieces of cut wiring all over in the landscape. We have several small dogs and this could become a serious issue if one of them swallowed a piece. When we have them come back after we expand our front landscape beds, I will be certain to instruct them to carry a bag or container and take their cut wire bits with them.
