Miscommunication on plumbing was the only issue. Manager resolved with an on site visit.

Planet Stone, and in particular designer Beth Murray, rocks! We used Planet Stone on the advice of our general contractor and were very pleased with all aspects of the process.
First, Beth was extremely helpful. We thought we knew what we wanted, but after listening to us describe our kitchen and home, she made suggestions and pointed out some granite and ideas we hadn't thought of. We took her advice and couldn't be happier with how well the granite looks in our kitchen. Being able to purchase the sink and faucet at the same time was very convenient and helpful, and they also provided a 15-yr sealant.
The templating and installation process was also well done - on time, as scheduled and perfectly executed. We are pleased with cost, quality and service. Thanks everyone at Planet Stone!

I was very pleased with my experience.  The staff, particularly Beth, were very helpful in assisting me to find granite I liked, within my price range.  They were willing to work with me to gain my business.  Beth's advice about what would blend in with my flooring and cabinetry was valuable.  The time frames for measurements and installation given were reasonable for my scheduling and the dates were kept to.  Installation went quite smoothly.  The template designer was very accurate, resulting in the granite being cut correctly.  He identified any issues and made allowances accordingly.  The installers worked steadily, were knowledgeable, and kept everything quite neat.  They made adjustments around door frames, backsplashes, etc. very precisely.
I felt very comfortable with this provider.  The pricing was reasonable, compared to other estimates.  They were professional and I am pleased with the results.

After trying several times to get a quote from another local granite business, I went to Planet Stone. Am I ever glad I did!
. Cassondra showed me around and explained everything about the granite slabs. She was patient, friendly & really customer-oriented. The slabs of granite I picked out were beautiful and installed professionally. I highly recommend every aspect of this business from the showroom to the install. I LOVE my new countertops!

I went to Planet Stone to purchase a piece of marble for a kitchen island I was having made.  Instead of selling me an oversized piece of marble for twice as much Brooke Keck found a remnant that was the perfect size and the price was great!.  Her installer was very professional and even came back and polished it for me.  I highly recommend Brooke and her team at Planet Stone!

From the first visit I felt very at ease with this company.  My salesperson, Cassondra, was helpful and not pushy.  She listened and guided me to make the perfect selection.  I hand selected my slabs and they did an amazing layout; all the movement flows the way it should.  The template guy was very detail oriented and meticulous so much so that when the installer came the pieces fit like a glove and the seam is practically invisible!  I am ecstatic with my new tops!!

We can still see the mistakes that were made but are pleased with the overall look of the granite.
