At Peace of Mind Plumbing the work is done by me and a couple other highly skilled experienced plumbers whom have integrity and the highest of standards as I (the owner) have. I was a general contractor for 35 years (semi retired) and cold called this company on a friday afternoon and misty told me they could not get here till Monday which was fine with me. Monday the service technician's called & showed within a 1/2 hour checked out the drain line, got the auger out and cleared the line within a 1/2 hr or so , cleaned up everything. The boys that showed up were very polite and neat. I have some other plumbing work to be done in the future and will call this company again. Thanks to all .

They did the work but did not give us a statement. It took 2 emails requesting an invoice and all we got was the total price with no breakdown. It took 2 more phone calls asking for an itemized invoice. We finally got one and it still was not complete. Install faucet $280.00 We feel we were greatly overcharged.and never got a breakdown of cost of faucet or cost per hour for the work. Also the man brought his small daughter and left her in the car and then brought her into the house uninvited. I will not hire this company again. We used then once before and the same things happened. We were giving then a 2nd chance believing that they had just been careless . But now I know they over charge and try to hid the actual cost of tome and materials

He and his partner were the neatest plumbers I have ever had in 50 years. He was so mannerly and polite. He made sure I knew how to work the new faucet, wiped his feet when he came in, was very considerate of my home, and just a very pleasant young man. He was also very reasonably priced, the best that I found out of everyone I have called. Everyone, especially seniors, who needs help should go to him. There were other people recommended, but they were all more expensive. He has a great personality with a great attitude. I did not tell him that I was going to call Angie's List and leave a review, and I cannot compliment him enough!

I have been using them for years. They replaced two valves and repair a leak. They are honest and their prices are fair. They are competent and I have never had any problems with their work. They come very quickly when you need them.

Chad responded to my call on the same day. He arrived the next day with his assistant, performed the installations and repair. They were done in and lt;3 hours. They left the work area cleaner than it was before they started.
Polite, on-time and very reasonable rates. Very unusual to find in this area(!)

Just moved into home. Noted water in pan under water heater after turning up the thermostat. Called one plumber to get estimate and diagnosis of problem. Water heater is 8 years old. First plumber didn't diagnose problem...just wanted to sell me new water heater and an extended warranty. Called and quot;Piece of Mindand quot; plumbing and Chad came out next morning. Diagnosed problem..didn't need new water heater....but needed an expansion tank (which is mandatory if you have a backflow prevention system), a new pressure relief valve and also replaced the shut off valve to the water heater since it wasn't working at all. Did all the work in a couple of hours.
Chad is very professional, and in my opinion, a very honest individual. I felt his estimate was fair and not pricey. He explained everything to us, answered all our questions and explained how the hot water system and the expansion tank works. I will call him again if/when I have any plumbing problems and will highly recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
