This company has been a no call/ no show 2x in a row and I have wasted 2 Fridays waiting for service. The specified time was 11am-1pm. At 2pm, after no word from anyone I spoke w/ the technician/owner and he said he was at my house at 12:26pm but since it was raining he sat outside for 5 minutes and then left!!! I told him he could have come in and at least done the inside and finished the outside another time and that he should have also contacted me to let me know what was going on!! He did not seem to care. Poor communication, very unprofessional and very bad customer service! DO NOT use this company!
We had used OrgreenX previously (earlier in the summer) when in the midst of renovations and had extensive ant hills in the yard - Angel's treatment of those hills fixed the problem and they haven't come back!
