Gareth Olson scheduled to come out to my house to check out our piano and see if it was worth tuning.  He scheduled for the next morning and was very prompt.  He tweeked a few things at no charge to make sure he could get everything working.  Then after telling me how everything worked, he said he could tune it and exactly what my cost would be.  He was there for about 1 1/2 hour then started playing.  I had not heard the piano sound so good in a very long time.  He was extremely nice and knowledgeable and I would definitely refer him to others and would use him again.  As a bonus, he played a few songs for me, plays beautifully.

He was here for well over an hour and a half tuning and cleaning the keys.  He was very prompt and even called to come earlier which was more than fine.  As far as scheduling, his schedule time was only about four days out.  Other piano tuners would not be able to come to tune until at least a week later.  I would definitely give his number to anyone that would ask and would recommend him at any time.  Excellent!!

He was extremely nice, very professional and did a great job.

Our experience with Olson Keyboard Service was great all around. Mr. Olson answered the phone the first time I called, and we set up the appointment for a couple of days later. He arrived on time and got right to work tuning the piano. He worked on the piano for about 2 hours or so, and when he was done he explained everything he had done and also told us everything he knew about our 101 year old piano. He then played songs for our 3 year old son, which was a delight for us all. Overall Mr. Olson was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use his services in the future!

Mr. Olson arrived on time as scheduled and conducted himself in a very professional manor throughout the session.  He use to work for the Manatee school district with his musical background and he has good knowledge of his craft.  He was here for about 90 minutes. When finished demonstrated his skills as a pianist, it was delightful to hear him play. Our child pointed out to him some sticking issues with the keys when she played, he was a great listener and fixed the problem.  Mr. Olson tuned the piano and gave great advise on what decisions to make on the type of tuning that would meet our needs that would last the year. I will have him back in a year to fine tune the piano again to tighten up the string more. If we tightened them up too much at this time the piano would be out of tune in a few months. He vacuumed all the insides and lubricated the key lid and screws on the piano seat.
I would recommend him to you in a flash.
