We contacted them for a quote to remove 3 trees in our backyard. The contractor came to our house and gave us a quote of $250. After several other quotes we received subsequently, we decided to go with Northern Tree Service. We called back and told them we would like to schedule for them to come out to perform the service. But we never heard back from them. One day, we got home and noticed that the three trees were gone. No notes or bill or viocemail left. We called them again and sent our payment via mail. Overall, we are happy with the service but we wish they had communicated with us prior to the service. We were going to keep some of the wood chips but without knowing when they were here we did not get a chance to request that.

I was very pleased with their service. They came out promptly and the crew was very professional and respectful of my property. They did what was needed and then took the time to sweep my driveway and make sure everything was cleaned up.
