"I am sincerely sorry you had a bad experience with somebody servicing your air conditioner. I have researched our records for any work we might have provided and found a customer with a similar name done on 06/06/2013 under a service request from AHS home warranty. Beyond that, there is no record of any contact or services provided on the date you list for the event resulting in this rating. I can only assume you are the same person at this point and I have learned through my research that another dispatch was issued by AHS on 02/05/2014 to another contractor. Since there is is no verbiage contained in your rating, I have no idea what the issue was that led to this rating, and can only assume you have us confused with them. The technicians were very cordial and informative. The lead tech explained to and showed me the components and what could go wrong with approximate costs for repair. He gave me suggestions as to proper maintenance and provided insight to future issues.
The only reason for the B grade for Responsiveness, is that I had to wait 3 days from my initial call to the Home Warranty Service to the day of service, although, to be fair, my call was on a Sunday, and the company did respond on Monday morning to set the appointment.
I would definitely recommend this company for fair and honest repair.
"My sincerest apologies for your delay in service. Unfortunately, when a home warranty service is involved, we are working at deeply discounted rates and are required to follow their rules and don't have much say in the matter. While we do indeed provide 24hr emergency service, unless your home warranty provider approves the the additional funds for the weekend service, we are restricted to normal hours only. Understand that their overtime rate is lower than our standard rate, and the margins are much too low to provide non approved after hours service. However, our company is required even under these low margins to provide this service if you get this approved when contacting the warranty provider.
