We use standard area pricing <2000 sq ft = $400 <3000 sq ft = $500 <4000 sq ft = $600 . We will provide a 12.5% discount to all clients referred through Angie's. We do not do "mold inspections" we specifically do 1 Year Builder Warranty and Presale Home Inspections. Our reports are designed and tailored to be clear, easy to read and effective for use with home builder warranty repair follow up.
