Back in January, a friend in St Louis called Ms Scarlett's to order flowers for me, and I received the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen! On Valentine's Day, my husband called another florist for flowers for me, and they did not show up until Feb. 15. I refused them, and told him that from now on, he must use Ms Scarlett's. Today is our anniversary, and he took my advice, and I received another gorgeous arrangement. I can't imagine using any other florist in this area!
