They had a young lady by the name of Michelle Crabtree that was just so superb. While she was selling my dad's house, her mother died of cancer, but she still kept up with all her duties and everything. We have had a realtor before her and she had three people go through. We were so dissatisfied because everything was this or that. So, she agreed to be fired. Then, we brought Michael Saunders in, and the first day that they had an open house, they had 27 realtors come through. We brought her in the middle of March, and at the end of March, she had all these realtors go through and she had other showings in April. The house closed on May 1st. From what I understand from different people, that's the way every single realtor has to work.
