His name is Mitch McCoy and he's great. We have used him for years. We have been here for 6 years and we have a program with him. When we are not here, if the house checker says there are ants on the counter, he is out that day or the next day to put bait outside. He is like Johnny-on-the-spot. He is very personable and he's a nice guy. He's excellent.

He's a very nice guy and he always does a great job. If I ever find a bug in an area he's already treated, he comes back out to take care of it.
