Mattresses
I bought a mattress from them, and the mattress started to sag within the 1st 30 days. This company does have a comfort exchange program however the owner would not honor the program.

"Customer waited 6 months to contact Manatee Mattress about a body Impression in mattress. There was no impression found. She just didn't like the choice in mattress that she had made. She was offered the opportunity to trade her mattress in for a different one at full credit but did not want to pay the difference for the mattress that she liked."
