When Ed came out to measure the area to prepare a quote, he was prompt, very friendly and professional. His quote was in my in-box that evening and we were pleased with the price compared to quotes we received from other vendors. We asked for a couple of modifications to the scope and he responded quickly. After we selected Ed, he filled out the forms we needed, including a site plan, to submit for approval from our HOA, which was very helpful. Once we received approval from the HOA, we contacted Ed and he was able to schedule the work within a few days. When Ed and his helper arrived, their work was efficient and professional. They were not able to finish that day as expected because they ran out of screen material. Ed admitted he had miscalculated the amount of screen needed for one side. I expected him to try to charge me for the additional screen, but I was surprised and impressed when he charged me exactly what was quoted! When they finished the next day, the lanai looks great and our dogs love laying out there in the mornings watching the sand hill cranes cruse by. We couldn't be more pleased with the work!!
