"This review is a lie admitted to me by the reviewer and confirmed in writing by his boss and the head of internal affairs with the Manatee Count Sheriffs Office. He claimed he tried to remove it but was unable to with Angies List which I also don't believe. We have been in business for nearly 10 years and have built a terrific business primarily through referrals and repeat customers. Please mention this post and I will give you 25% off your first cleaning!"
"We are sorry our service was not satisfactory to you. For the record we offered to send a different crew back to redo or clean what might have been missed. We were told that it was not necessary. Instead the customer wanted a refund which is not our policy for a variety of reasons. We have a great staff that pays attention to detail. On the occasion that something gets overlooked or is not up to customer expectations we are quick to address. Sometimes bringing filthy houses back to model home condition takes more time or stronger chemicals, as was the case here. In the future we will be sure to better plan for this type of job.
