The people at M&L are very nice, and really seem to want to do a good job. The cabinets they sell are also of good quality, and I would not hesitate to install the Medallion line again in another home. Unfortunately, I think our designer was not terribly experienced, so every little tweak took forever to accomplish. We tried to pare down the amount of time involved by visiting with her in person on a number of occasions, but each time we were told her computer wasn't working right, or the software was being updated, etc. By the time we got through the design process (roughly two months) we ended up with exactly what we did not want: spacers everywhere between cabinets. We like the cabinets, but are disappointed with the way they look because of all of the spacers between them ( not to mention the valuable storage space lost!).
