Knight's Floor Care Inc.

We have used Knight before, but for many personal reasons not related to him, we had not called him in a while, so the service was well overdue. To begin with, I spilled a daub of chocolate sauce on the living room rug several months back and between us and our housekeeper, we had created a bleach spot that was very noticeable. One reason for calling Knight was to see if we needed to buy a new carpet or if the ugly spot could be repaired. Second, family is coming here for Thanksgiving dinner and we needed to do something in the next couple of weeks or we would be embarrassed by our ruined rug. Scott was very attentive. He created a timely appointment and was very prompt. He is a very courteous person and explained each step in his cleaning process in detail. The outcome? The "ruined" spot in the rug is now indistinguishable from the rest of the carpet. We still probably need a new carpet, but thanks to Knight, the one we gave should last several mire years. It really looks that good, especially if we call him more frequently. In addition, I had him turn his attention to the upholstery of a power chair that I use constantly. In fact, because of some medical conditions, I even sleep in the chair. Scott cleaned it up and, quite frankly, it looks as good as it can given its heavy use. I would not hesitate at all to call Knight again. Craig is one of the few master cleaners in our area. We think his fees are commensurate with his talent. Added to his pleasant and professional nature, you have a winning combination,

I use him every year. He provides really good service, but I think his price is a bit high.
