They're friendly, clean, affordable, compassionate, punctual and reasonable. They're not greedy. They're wise. They do the right thing. They staff is helpful. I couldn't say enough about them. I really like that animal vet.

I have been going to Kindness Animal Clinic since April 2011 when I first rescued my feral kitty who was abandoned at 4 weeks. Since this was my first pet ever I was really not sure what to expect and I had a million questions. I thought their office was pretty dirty overall, but again I was not sure what my expectations should be. I found the Dr / Owner to be unfriendly and impersonal. Every visit that I have encountered her she has been very standoffish, asks no questions about the pet, does not offer any feedback or suggestions, does not seem to be interested in interacting with me or my pet, and is in and out of the room in less than two minutes. The office staff tend to be fairly short and impersonal as well. There are two assistants that have administered nail trimming and shots for us that have been very pleasant and took the time to warm up to me and my pet before treatment and were willing to answer questions and offer encouragement.. I do not question their qualifications as they seem to have a very busy and thriving practice, but it just does not work for me.
