It went okay. They had to order a part. They told me I could pay after they returned with it. When they returned to the office they called back to tell me the cost of the part was $700.00. I advised I was not notified of that and can not pay that. I also then received a bill in the mail even though the service has not yet been completed and I was told I would be charged until it is complete. They have also mentioned other repairs that need to be done that where never mentioned in the beginning. The have done this several times. We are now looking to be out $10,000.00. I was not pleased at all.

"we contacted the customer to let them know of cost of part before returning to install. when we need to replace large parts that can get costly we always let the owner know and give them a ballpark price to make the repair. it is then up to the home owner if they accept or not. No repairs are made without the home owners ok."
