I had been through a terrible mess with the carpet part of a home improvement store. I had picked out the carpet and the home improvement store brought the wrong one and I needed it done yesterday!! I called K & K at a friends recommendation and Mr. Kadrie informed me that he carried it but would have to have it shipped in and it took a week from the time I ordered it until it arrived at the job site. They were here the day it came in as promised. The job was completed in two separate phases, because one room was ready and two were not. He was very accommodating, and I will use this company again.

The entire process was smooth. We were looking to replace carpet in our family with tile and match the tile up with the existing tile throughout the house. Unfortunately our old tile was discontinued. Joe, the salesman at the store, was helpful in finding a close match and providing ideas. Although the tile took a little longer to arrive than we thought, the installation was quick and done well. The installers made one small mistake, but came out the next morning to correct the problem. We're very pleased with the end product.

ISSUES WITHIN COMPANY ON MEASUREMENTS VS. PRODUCT ORDERED (SHORTED BOTH TILE AND LAMINATE - LAMINATE TWICE!). ONE WORKER BLAMED MEASUREMENTS FOR THE TILE SHORTAGE, THEN ANOTHER BLAMED THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR SHORTING WHEN ORDERING LAMINATE.
