First of all, this business is no longer run by Jim Cook. He died three years ago. It is currently owned by Robert Maines. I know that he has no license, because I checked with the licensing board. I hired this company to come out and fix my television. He had me pay $79.50 just to begin the work. When Robert showed up, he took the TV apart to find out what was wrong. He told me that it was the start up module that needed to be replaced. I later called and told him the part number. I did this because I didn't want a part from his junk box, I wanted it to come from Mitsubishi. I called Robert and he told me that the part has been received. I stayed home the next day when he was supposed to arrive. He never showed up and I never heard from him after that. I found out that he did the same thing to my neighbor. Come to find out that the cops were later called to his house because of a complaint for drug dealing and prostitution. His business residence was then condemned because of poor conditions and no running water. Do not trust this individual for any TV repair. He is a drug addict and a crook!
