Jeffrey's Lawn Service

I work a rotating shift, so it is hard for me to get to stores in the middle of the day.  Especially when they close at 5pm, but I needed a part for my weed wacker.  So I got permission to leave work early so I could get to Jeffreys before they closed at 5pm.  I literally pulled into the parking lot at 5:01pm as the guy was closing the door to leave.  I showed him what I needed and he acknowledged that they do have the part I needed, but he would not go back in to sell me one.  I explained my situation to no avail...........  Thanks a bunch Jeffreys, that is great customer service and professionalism.  You just lost a future customer because your man wouldn't take 5 mins to help me.

They usually have about two or three people come out to work. Their customer service is great, if I call the secretary answers right away and Jeffrey the owner will call within 24 hours and get back to me. I would recommend them, every lawn is different and the services vary, but give them a call to see what they can do for you.

Lawn mowing was good. Cost was $80 per month whether they mow 2 times or 4.  Neighbor next door said he had lawn service from same provider for $65 per month. I told this to Jeffrey on the phone, and he said that it must be some other Jeffrey. In July I called office and asked for an estimate on trimming trees and bushes. No one got back to me for two weeks, by which time I had already found someone else. It turned out that the new person did a great job and charged much less ($100 as opposed to $160, which Jeffrey told me when he got around to calling with an estimate). I cancelled the service mid-September, and the secretary told me I would not get billed. I was surprised to get a bill in the mail for two mowings, even though I paid for entire month of May and did not get started until May 8. I called and spoke with Jeffrey. Jeffrey would not even take off one mowing. He was argumentative on the phone. I would not recommend his service to anyone.

Jeffrey showed up promptly, described the services he could perform and the cost. The work was done thoroughly and neatly.

They are very prompt and they have a team that comes out and gets the job done. I had one little issue where the workers had cut our stream and I contacted the owner and he came right out. He had a repair service come and fix the stream and no questions asked and he was really good and just the guy that I like to do business with.
