This was the 3rd time we used Jarrod in the last 7 years. He helped us find and purchase our first 2 homes, and after the market changed and we needed to get out of our home, his expertise helped us to get out from under our last home.
Jarrod was not even working in the Tampa market when we needed his help the last time. But because he builds a relationship with his clients, he traveled from the Bradenton and Sarasota area to Pasco county to assist us. He knowledge of the market and the short sale process was exactly what we needed. He showed us what to expect for value. He helped us with the process of convincing the lender to short sale. He even made sure we were protected with a deficiency waiver so that we were clear of debt after the sale and owed nothing. He then managed to find a qualified buyer who made an offer on our home in less than a month. Because of the banking process, closing took a few months. But the end result was we were clear of the debt of the house and very happy.
Even though he did not focus his business in our area, the relationship he established with us from the previous 2 home purchases compelled us to use his talent again.
