I travel often for business and Jarrod kindly worked around my schedule to meet for walk throughs, measuring and inspections. He was also able to understand my hard budget and convey my demands to the seller. His ability to negotiate with the seller was superb and relentless. He got answers quickly and offered suggestions for next steps as the buyer based on his experience. As closing day was approaching, Jarrod was in constant contact with my lender, the title company and the seller to ensure everything was set to go. He kept me in the loop and made sure the closing would go as smooth as possible. Jarrod was there for my closing and gave me a generous housewarming gift.    This was the 3rd time we used Jarrod in the last 7 years. He helped us find and purchase our first 2 homes, and after the market changed and we needed to get out of our home, his expertise helped us to get out from under our last home.

   Jarrod was not even working in the Tampa market when we needed his help the last time. But because he builds a relationship with his clients, he traveled from the Bradenton and Sarasota area to Pasco county to assist us. He knowledge of the market and the short sale process was exactly what we needed. He showed us what to expect for value. He helped us with the process of convincing the lender to short sale. He even made sure we were protected with a deficiency waiver so that we were clear of debt after the sale and owed nothing. He then managed to find a qualified buyer who made an offer on our home in less than a month. Because of the banking process, closing took a few months. But the end result was we were clear of the debt of the house and very happy.

   Even though he did not focus his business in our area, the relationship he established with us from the previous 2 home purchases compelled us to use his talent again.

   He used to work the Tampa area, and we purchased a new home, 6 bedrooms in West Chase area. Then a couple of years later we needed to downsize a little to a 4 bedroom in Land O Lakes area. Jarrod was very knowledgeable about both areas. If not for a change in jobs and the market crash, we would still be in Land O Lakes. Five years after we purchased things got tough for us. So we only thought of one person to guide us through the sale. Jarrod had seen the market change coming and prepared himself. He told me he took continuing education to learn about the short sale process and to how to handle the lenders. If not for Jarrod, I believe that we would either still be under water on the home, or foreclosed on. His knowledge saved us stress, time and money. He also kept us from ruining our credit.
