Air Intake Systems, Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Absolutely horrible. Do not be scammed like we were. We did our due diligence and researched the company before hiring, just short of background checks on owners and employees. We needed a complete a/c installation. Three guys showed up for what should have been a 3 day job. They stayed for two hours on day one. In a nutshell, the job took over a week. One guy came by himself for the next 6 days. We had to cancel the two credit cards that were authorized for the full amount before they started the job due to the co-owner being arrested for fraud. He used customers credit card information for himself. (James McClow) After hassling with the owner John to come and personally see how his workers trashed our home and did an incomplete job, we were promised to be reimbursed the cost of labor. It has been three weeks now. A/C does not work. The owner of the company John refuses to answer our phone calls. We are now beginning to seek legal action.
