Home Depot - Bradenton

The quality of the tile I bought from them was excellent. Their customer service was as bad as I have ever received in my entire life.  It is quite a drive, a half hour, to this store. I had called before and they agreed to deliver it for free, but not until after Christmas which was a month later then when I wanted to have it. I had contacted them to tell them that my contractor was coming to pick up the tiles with a truck and trailer that we had decided to split the cost on. My contractor told me to call them and tell them that he was coming, so I called and told them he was coming. They said no problem. When my contractor got there, they said that they had already delivered it. So my contractor made this trip twice. I contacted Home Depot and they said they wanted to make me happy so I told them to pay the $175 and they offered me $100. They didn't give me the $100, they only gave me like $5. I was very unhappy with them and many people have been. Their customer service is terrible bottom line. I would never use them again.

The people I talked to were great. they really tried to help and did everything they could to finally correct it. The subcontractors that they I used I would not use.

we ordered faux wood blinds that were supposed to be in stock. the blinds took almost 3 weeks to come in. installation was excellent- installer very efficient & professional.

They have a good stock of items and are very customer service oriented.

I worked with a guy named Conrad, and he has been wonderful. The overall experience was good. It is beautiful. It has hardly rained since then. They did the job well. I bought the windows and gutters at the same time. I actually got my gutters for nothing. I reached a certain level when I spent $20000, and they took off the extra $3000 for me.
