Could not be more happy. Great to deal with!

He is really good. He does several different things too. He doesn’t just do electrical. He specializes in interior and exterior renovations, room additions, kitchen and bath remodeling, outdoor kitchen, home repairs which includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, carpentry, drywall, flooring, garage doors, appliance installation, closet organization, windows and doors. He does home inspections and he does a lot of foreclosure trash outs. He does complete property management, home watching and hurricane shutters. He was a contractor before with another company. So, I think he is just kind of a Jack of all trades. He is dependable and gets back to you. He has got a young family, but he seems to have a good head on his shoulders. He likes to get things right and he is a perfectionist. He is very conscientious about getting things done and doing the job the right way. Everybody likes that. Sometimes it doesn’t matter, but he cares. He doesn’t take short cuts. He fixes things the right way. We have had people cobble things up, but he doesn’t do that. I don’t remember the price charged by him. I think we may have paid him for that part of it. What he charged was very good for the amount of time he spent here when he was here. It was a good price for what we got.
