HASKELL TERMITE

I’ve worked with them two times (specifically Keith) and would recommend them to anyone.

Sammy was quick, responsive, answered any and all questions, and was a pleasure to talk to.

The manager walked us through what was going to happen and what we needed to do to prepare. He said that we needed to remove planks from the fence and trim any plants 8 inches from the house there where a few that I asked if i needed to move or they would be killed he said no. Even though I trimmed the plants back they still tented over them and killed them. The plant I asked if I needed to move and he said no was also killed. I had also moved all the lawn furniture away from the house about ten feet but some how they tossed it all over the yard anyway as well as dumping a yard waste bin that wasn't even close to the house over and spreading it all over my yard. And even though I took the planks off the fence they decided to use a hammer to break the rest of the fence down and mangle it! After the fumigation the manager went into my neighbors attic and removed dead rats I removed one by myself but could still smell a dead one up there and when I called and asked them if they could find it they said they don't do that? Basically they told me what I wanted to hear then trashed and killed all the plants anyway. They acted professional before the fumigation then just rushed everything causing property damage and were just plain rude after the fact. I would never even consider using them agin for any kind of work! They are terrible!

Haskell was extremely helpful in getting the units prepared for fumigation. Very professional and great attention to detail. Price and warranty was significantly beter than other bids received. Work was done when we were told it would be. One minor problem was quickly resolved. Definately a company that you want to get a bid from if you need tenting.

I'm signed up with them for that. They did the work at first last year and they tinted the house. They did the full tint, fumigated and everything. I wanted to make sure there weren't any pests left. They were really good coming back. The man who came back, I talked to him for a long time and he was a very nice man. He checked everything out and he went under the house which was very surprising. He actually took the time to crawl up under the house in a ninety five degree weather to check out everything. It was very nice of him to take the time and check out everything.
