Excellent! Their work was quick, quiet, professional and my carpet and area rugs were like new. I highly recommend Greenway /Overturff carpet and rug cleaning.

Very well, any stains were removed. The wool carpets were treated with care and look clean and fresh. Pick up and delivery service was on time. Although the price was a little high, it sure beats taking the rugs to Clearwater for a dependable oriental rug cleaner.

Service was provided by Eric who was professional and courteous, did a very good job. He was delayed by traffic and even called me to say he would be late even though it was just by ten minutes. I will use Greenway again when the need arises.

Technician did a good job.  He arrived promptly, did a good job, and was very polite and gracious.

They responded quickly, arrived on time, and did a very thorough cleaning job. Everything was clean and fresh smelling when they left.  Both the tech and scheduler were pleasant and professional.  An excellent experience and I would use them and again and feel confident to recommend them.

Two men worked on the job together.  The tile floors were done beautifully, but there was a bit of a misunderstanding with the man who seemed to be the one in charge.  Before the work began I told the "head man" that I wanted all the doorway areas where the tile ended & the carpet began to be spot cleaned.  I checked over the work when they were finished.  I mentioned that the doorway areas of carpet did not look clean and I asked that they be touched up.  The man in charge told me that I had not asked for that to be done and/or that he did not hear me say that.  He made no attempt to apologize or even be polite about the situation and ignored my request for a touch-up, stating that the machine had already been put back into the vehicle.  Instead, it was suggested that I buy a bottle of spot cleaning solution.  I bought the solution and it does work well.  The situation could have been better handled, if he had given me the bottle, as his intention was that I do the touch-up myself.

The quality of the service and the price of the service was very good. They performed the carpet cleaning and grout cleaning in a timely and professional manner. 
My frustration with the company was the customer service after the cleaning was over. Once they perform the cleaning they leave you a folder of information about their company, the service they have performed, and how to maintain your carpets and floors. In the information they leave you, they recommend getting your carpets protected with Scotch Guard. I read up on the information and it seemed like a sensible thing to do. Nothing was said to me by the customer service agent before the cleaning, so when she phoned me up after the cleaning I asked two questions - 1) would you recommend I get my carpets protected by Scotch Gaurd? 2) Is this something they could do for me?
She advised me that they would recommend getting the carpet protected if it was less than two years old (which it is), if it is a light color (which it is) and if I have pets (which I do). So I said I would like to see if they could protect the carpet an additional fee. I waited for a week to get an answer and had to chase the company to get back to me (to fair to the company part of this time was over the Easter weekend). 9 days after talking to the customer service representative the technician called me to let me know that they would need to wash the carpet again in order to protect the carpet.
Hence my frustration is the mixed messages - they stress to the customer to get the carpet cleaned in the after service education packages, then when you inquire about it they take far too long to give you an answer, and when they do they tell you its too late to get it done. Overall it was a disappointing experience as a customer.

Greenway did an excellent job, from initial inquiry through after-service follow-up.  The team, led by the company owner, showed up on time and were polite and professional.  They thoroughly explained what  they would be doing and candidly pointed out that some of the stains might not completely disappear.  They were very careful working in our home and either moved small pieces of furniture or put them up on styrofoam blocks. 
All stains appear to have been completely eliminated.  Complete drying of the carpets took a little longer than they estimated, but that seems to be the case with every carpet cleaning service I have ever used.  The price paid seemed quite fair for the quality and level of effort they put forth.  This is the first company I will turn to when I need carpet cleaning in the future.

Greenway arrived on time and they were friendly and courteous, They worked diligently, gave us a tip on how to make the work a little easier next time, left our very dirty white carpets sparkling, and priced their work reasonably. We would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

Bobbi is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She referred me to a wonderful resource to bind the carpet.

Greenway Carpet, Inc., cleaned several rooms of off-white carpet in our house a few months ago.  We had not been pleased with the carpet cleaning companies we had used previously, but were attracted to this company because of its? ?green? approach to the task.  We delayed writing this review while we waited to see how the carpets looked after a few months? use. 

We were very pleased with the results.  The technician was very pleasant, very efficient, and very thorough.  He moved heavy furniture where necessary and replaced it when finished.  The carpets looked great when freshly cleaned and they still look good several months later.  No stains re-appeared (as often happens).  We will use this company in the future and recommend it highly.
