Mr. Eckert continue to ignore two certified letters and 3 email reminders. He refused to honor his words on reimbursing my repairs that he promised on October 5, 2016.

Absolutely horrible. Gator Roofing put a new roof on my house 14 years ago, they used 30 year GAF Shingles and replaced some of the wood decking. Well last week I had a home inspection done due to wanting to sell my home. The roof is completely shot according the home inspector and two different roofing companies. I don't expect the roof to last forever but 20 years or so is average. Secondly, the roof had to go bad some time ago for them to tell me there are 10 or more leaks, rusty nail heads, vent caps missing, rotten wood decking, which one company said they did not use a good wood. I also have the home inspection report stating that the installation of the roof was poor and unprofessional. I called and spoke with Darrell at Gator Roofing and told him all the above and asked him to come to my home and look at the roof and explained that I was not looking for anything free, but was hopeful that we could come to a solution that was fair for all, he assured me he would come. Well 3 emails and 1 call later (by the way all very nice) and I have heard nothing back from Darrell. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, now that they have decided to blow me off I feel sure they do know that their work is less than professional and Darrell has no intention of keeping his word. This to me is the bigger problem in this entire situation. Who wants to deal with a business that isn’t going to stand behind their work and keep their word? I want to add a note that the home inspector nor either roofing company know who installed the roof. Copied directly from the Home Inspector Report: "CONCERNS WERE NOTED FOR 2003 DIMENSIONAL SHINGLE ROOF AS ROOF WAS LEAKING AT 10 OR MORE AREAS - MY ROOFER INDICATED THAT ROOF APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED UNPROFESSIONALLY - DUE TO AGE, POOR WORKMANSHIP AND OVERALL POOR/LEAKY CONDITION OF ROOF COSTLY REPAIRS ARE NOT ADVISED.....THIS ROOF SHOULD BE REPLACED"

Where do I begin???? I have had soooo many problems with our roof.... Had  over 5 leaks in 9 years!! Each time had about 3 estimates from roofers. Gator roofing was my last! Darrell, family owned, came out and (he knows roofs inside and out) gave me an estimate and what he can do. Please do not look further. He answers his own calls so do NOT give up!! I had  really crazy problems thanks to the builder. The design was horrible so everyone that came out told me so!! No roof to a pop out slider in the family room. Flashings also were a HUGE problem. Darrell and his crew were able to take charge and completely fix all of the issues. They went around the 2nd story attached to the 1st story and took out the stucco. They applied flashings and built a slope for the pop out area that was leaking into our home. I just loved his guys. They have been working for Darrell for years. They did a wonderful job. So perfect, efficient, and clean every time!! THE PRICE was GREAT!!! Do not look any further!! take it from ME. I had plenty of roofers.

Thank you Darrell for giving me back my sanity and trust to try one more time!!!!!!

I am happy with the results. When guy left the job I patted him on the back and told him I would recommened him to others, and I will.

We called them Monday morning and the owner answered. He came out that afternoon and took pictures and emailed our estimate by 7pm that same day! They completed the work the next day! VERY PROFESSIONAL!. It is a family business and they are very customer oriented. We would highly recommend Gator Roofing!! A+++++

We called them because our neighbor used them about five years ago and they were very good. They were absolutely excellent and they were on time. If they weren't going to come out for a day due to weather or some other things, they always called. Their workers were polite and were helpful. They worked very hard and I can't say enough good things about them. I don't have one negative thing to say about them.
