The gentleman who shampooed the carpet was very friendly. He did a wonderful job and finished in a timely fashion.

It was excellent. First of all if there’s a spot on the carpet, we don’t have to run anywhere. He can get it off. Other people have not been able to and he can clean it. He’s cleaned things that other people haven’t been able to do. He uses a process that is very easy on the carpet. He’s very prompt and reliable. I would use his services again in the future.
