Robert came out and sprayed for all of the ants and explained that he used a product that the ants would take back to the mound and would kill them off. He was very personable and got the job done. We will have our house treated every 6 months. Highly recommend!

I chose Gary because it was a referral and he was reasonably priced.  He came and did the first general spray in early December and told me service was good for 6 months.  Since that first visit didn't do the trick, he came a second time and put down bait traps the same month.  When requested the third time, because the roaches were still being seen alive, He did come in January 2016 and sprayed inside cabinets.  Because they are still seen alive in one particular area, I called and left 2-3 messages this week with no return phone call.  Finally on my 3rd or 4th try, his wife, Shirley, who had always been kind, told me it would be over 2 weeks until they could get to me, which is why she didn't call me back (?) and there would be an additional charge because they only had a 30 day guarantee on German Roaches.  She didn't tell me how much but when I started to explain that I was disappointed because 1.)  they didn't take care of the problem/ Roaches to begin with   2.) I never saw or signed anything that told me that - and certainly Gary didn't tell me - the first, second or even third time that he came. and 3.) I guess I would go to DIY store and do it myself.....She hung up on me.  I called back 2 times thinking perhaps it was an accidental disconnection, but she wouldn't pick up.  That's the reason for the poor professionalism grade because up to that point, they were great about being professional but who hangs up on someone requesting customer service?  I feel like I should get a partial refund because if my service was supposed to be good for 6 months, and I only got 2 moths service - and they didn't solve the issue or come back -- shouldn't they refund two-thirds of it?  I guess I'll never know because they don't call me back or take my calls.
Apparently they are useful for those without any issues. I would NOT recommend anyone with any bug problems use them.

We had small black ants in the kitchen. They are gone and have not returned. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Family business-We would definitely use them again. Several of our neighbors have used them for about 10 years and recommended them.
