16 We hired Big Dog Garage Doors out to our home to repair the garage door. Come to find out, we had a broken spring. The technician ( Brian) replaced the spring quickly and efficiently, and our door is working great now! They have a great response time and the customer service was exceptional....
To be honest with you, their sticker was already on the garage door from the previous owner that is why I used them.
Technician was prompt, professional and provide very good advice about the maintenance of my garage doors.
Garage Door Pros LLCI called GV Garage Doors Wednesday AM--they had a service man out by 1PM. He tried a new circuit board and that didn't help. He replaced the original board and we discussed the problem. After answering a few questions he determined the problem was a small appliance I was using in the garage....
Could not open garage door at all. Quick response to emergency call on Sunday. The owner responded to the call himself. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend. Will be using again for any other garage door issues.
