Poorly. We went into contract to sell our home in a highly desirable neighborhood, under false pretenses, being told by our agent we “needed to have our house under contract to buy a REO”. Listed and pended in 3 days, but they let the buyers walk no negotiation whatsoever. We lost the REO due to having a contingency. Our agent didn’t want to work with us and handed us off to another agent Barry Grooms without even a text, how unprofessional! We fired them, but they will not release us due to a GAG order, which we will not sign. The agent Barry Grooms of the office threatened via text on multiple occasions. We would highly recommend any other brokerage to sell your home, we wish we had done better research. Better Business Bureau gives them an F rating.
