The salesman came out and gave us an estimate for the move that he said was a guaranteed price. It was competitive and lower in some cases. So we decided to use them due to the salesman being so nice to the kids and the dog. The packing people arrived about 20 minutes early and started unloading boxes and wrapping paper. They were introduced to us by the supervisor, in a very professional way. They worked very hard and quietly and finished before my husband came home from work. The next day was moving day and the moving guys showed up right on time! They all had uniforms on and the driver introduced the men to us. They were polite and courteous. They laid covers on our floors where they would be walking and put pads on the furniture. They took very good care our belongings. We had one issue, the salesman forgot to put our hot tub in the estimate (when he went in the back yard our dog was all over him..lol..i felt bad he had dog hair and dirt on his pants, but her never got mad) I think this is why he forgot the hot tub. Anyway, the driver told me the hot tub wasn't on the paperwork but he would call the office because it costs a bit more to move the hot tub. The driver, his name was Scott came back in the house and said no worries, we will take care of the hot tub also ,since the price was guaranteed!!  thank goodness!! 
I would recommend Florida Professional Movers to everyone!!!  They were all really nice and worked hard. Also, on monday, the owner, Don called and asked if everything was "Handled to our complete satisfaction" I told him we were extremely happy.
