"This is a very old comment but if after all this time this comment is still here, it is worth setting the record straight as my first responce was "edited" and does not give a fair representation of the effort put forth to resolve this issue. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and in over 25 years of business this is the first negative comment we have recieved. What occured is that we where asked to develope a preliminary plan based on her very specific "to scale" sketch. We signed a contract, asked for a deposit to proceed and did exactly as she asked. She later came to us and said she did not recieve approval from her development and wanted a full refund after we had already completed her plan. We attempted to open up a dialog sending several letters and requesting a meeting to discuss optional designs and offered to redraw her plan for her. As a gesture of good faith we provide her with a partial refund. All we recieved was a very curt and threatening letter from her and this rating unrepresentative of all the effort we made to try an help her. Later we checked and confirmed through Manatee County Property Appraiser that she has never been listed as and has falsly represented to us as the owner of the above list property. In my opinion, what really happened is the deal fell through on the purchase of the property."
