This was a great experience, considering all the hoops one has to jump through to get a mortgage nowadays. I turned to Mimi after another lender mishandled my file. She was able to put together a package that got me approved within a couple of weeks. She was honest, straightforward, thorough, and professional. I understand my loan contract very clearly -- it has no hidden fees, pre-payment penalties, magically changing rates, etc., and I can actually afford my loan payment. She was available nights and weekends to answer questions and receive/obtain information, and was very knowledgable on what documentation I would need and where to obtain it. Her experience, contacts, and willingness to fight for her clients are most impressive.
