They took care of everything. We discovered the damage at 3:30 in the morning and we called their emergency number and one of the owners was out in fifteen minutes. He quickly accessed the damage and called in for a crew and they were starting to do drying measures and control the damage right away. They are very, very quick to respond. I believe it's a father and son business. The son's name is Barry Nicks. He is very good at what he does and professional and friendly. He really knows what he is doing and what you should expect and very organized. He also does so much work with carpet and drapery replacement, that he can get special pricing for you on some things.
