Ed spent the first 10 minutes at our home complaining about the long drive and how they had undercharged us because of this, but I told him his GPS took him the wrong way and it wasn't that far. After that he inspected the home and took pictures, and then set up his equipment to take various air samples which were then sent to the lab for anaylsis. I had him particularly examine our living room where we had recently discovered a window leak that had buckled the wood floor. Ed said that he could only find mold that he could see which I thought was a little strange because then why would we need him, but he was there and I wanted to see if he could find anything that we were not aware of or offer any suggestions. We recieved our report several days later after the analysis came back from the lab and were told that there were no "elevated spore levels" and that "no remediation is necessary." We took that to mean there was no mold. Subequently, we followed up with the leak to the window in the living room and when we had this repaired they found mold in the wall and also mold under a credenza that was by the wall. I can understand to some degree that air samples may not pick up mold in the wall unless this was really bad, but the credenza was right next to where Ed took his air samples and had heavy mold underneath so I feel this should have been detected. I called Ed about this and he was very defensive and kept saying read the report which of course has a lot of caveats, and I was disappointed in both his response and his service which was of no help to us. In fact, had we relied solely on his inspection and report, we would have had ongoing mold problems in our home. My wife is very allergic to mold so I would rate this service poor if you are trying to determine if you have mold. I would not use this company again.

Ed the owner showed up on time and thoroughly inspected the property and performed testing. He was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. A few days later a report was e-mailed explaining all the results and recommendations for the mold remediation that was needed. Ed was available after his inspection for questions and really went above and beyond.
