Emerald Tree Service was very prompt and reliable. We recently purchased a neglected property and the trees needed some TLC to get them off of our roof and give the yard some more sunlight and curb appeal. Emerald was at the property to give an estimate the same day. They were very knowledgeable and offered great advice and suggestions. The job was completed ahead of schedule, they left the property in better condition than they arrived, did not leave any clippings or branches by the road, it was all chipped and left with them. Very friendly and thorough. Cleaned up all debris from the tree triming along with some miscellaneous already in the yard.There was some misunderstanding on how much was being trimmed but it was addressed and explained to our satisfaction and in a business like manner.

Highly skilled workers

We are a Veterinary Office, and they came on the weekend to do the work. That way there were no cars in the lot to worry about damaging.

The owner of the Emerald came out right away and his crew cut down a big tall oak that was leaning up against my mobile home after Sally.They did a great job and hauled the cut tree off. Me and my husband was very pleased and thankful for these good hard working men for all of the help.I would recommend them for their tree removable .

Owner Rob Schaeffer was extremely responsive and communicated well. He came out himself to do the estimate and was very thorough and explained the work that was needed on a variety of trees in our corner lot that had had no tree work done in 20 years. His estimate was within a hundred dollars of another company that was not nearly as responsive. He and a four-man crew worked for two days and completed the work within the time given us. It involved taking down a pine tree in a tight spot that took what I think was advanced techniques that they executed flawlessly. A dying laurel oak was removed and five others were trimmed, dead wood removed and the property was left looking very good. Neighbors were very complimentary. All of the debris was removed completely and quickly -- including some the company hadn't created -- and the cleanup was very thorough. The company's equipment was first-rate and well maintained. The crew was pleasant and skillful. To summarize: We were very pleased with the company's responsiveness and work, and its price was reasonable and in line with another company's bid. We would recommend them without reservation or qualification.

I watched Ron and his crew remove several trees in my neighborhood. I really liked the job that he did and the cleanup that his crew did. He took down several trees and stumps in my front yard. They are very professional in their work. He is also going to redo my front yard with new turf and repair some of the sprinkler system. I highly recommend Ron to anyone that need work done. His prices are the best that I could find and the job is well worth it.

They do NOT practice social distancing or wear masks, which concerned me. Moreover, the team expressed not needing face masks because they don't do any good and because the team works outdoors in the heat. If you hire them, you should be prepared to protect yourself and to socially distance. Otherwise, their work was excellent, they were professional, friendly and efficient and the cost was very, very reasonable.

Emerald's business model is what all companies should strive for. Fairly priced with competent, hard working employees that did a wonderful job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends. Thank you, Rob & crew!

If you want a competent, professional company to remove trees, trim large existing trees then clean up afterwards, these are the people to hire.

The owner came to do the estimate. . Very professional. He gave me the original copy of the estimate. . The workers were pleasant and and hard-working. . They checked with me ever so often. To see if they had or if I had a question. They cleaned up the property very well and did a terrific job.
